During the International Poultry Congress 2024 held in Bursa, Turkey, we had the opportunity to talk to Schiavone Achille, Professor of Poultry Science at University of Turin (Italy), about the use of insects in poultry feed.

Achille explains the potential of insects as an alternative tool in poultry feed, as they are easy to produce and constitute a very good source of protein.
